Finnish Art Academy grants a new art prize of 25 000 euros every second year. The first nominees are sculptor Petri Eskelinen, artist Tuomas A. Laitinen and photographer Anni Leppälä. The prize is to be granted to an internationally interesting Finnish artist, not yet to received any greater awards.The prize will be handed out at EMMA – Espoo Museum of Modern Art on April 24th.
